Get a call from a guest who "stayed" with us earlier in the week. He claims to have checked-in to the hotel for two nights and then met a "friend" in the casino that he stayed with instead. I just had a guest lose his shit as I was standing in his doorway. Why? Because his keys "don't work AT ALL."

Why is this a post-worthy experience? Because he was yelling at me from inside his room. His room that he got into by using the keycards that "don't work AT ALL."

Okay, I get it--I'm a new night auditor; I know I'm going to get weird phone calls  (I spent four years in a call center as a supervisor for Monolithic Red-Letter Car Rental Company, I've literally heard it all) and yeah, I'm going to have freaky people occasionally beat on my front door at three in the morning--but this guy really took the cake.
